Inspired by Miami’s most modern residential skyscrapers, we created “Brickell ÍCON Design Residences”. After studying the architectural style of the latest launches in Miami’s residential market, we developed this concept of two very high standard residential towers, offering a floor entirely dedicated to amenities with a superb swimming pool, gym and other facilities and common areas. In addition to the parking lot floors for residents and visitors, it has a commercial center on the ground floor with restaurants and stores of the most diverse types to serve the demanding public of this extremely high-end business district.
